Office is located on the south west corner of I-394 and Hwy 100.
Coming from Minneapolis or St. Paul, take I-94 to I-394 west. Exit onto Hwy. 100 south and immediately
take the Cedar Lake Road exit. Turn into the 1st driveway on your right. Enter the west entrance which is
at the top of the parking area. Enter the building and off to your right will be the west elevators. Go to the
4th floor. As you get off the elevator, our office Suite 428 will be right in front of you. The sign on our
office suite will read Andersen McClelland & Assocs. Take a seat in the lobby and I will be right out to
meet you.
Coming from the west take I-394 exit on Park Place Blvd at the top of the rap turn south. Go about 1/2
mile to Gamble Dr. (Home Depot sign on that corner). Turn left on Gamble Dr. The Parkdales buildings
will be on your right. Turn right at the third parking entrance which is a ramp going up to a car port. At the
top of the car port you will see our building 1660. Enter and take the elevator to the 4th floor. When the
elevator doors open, our office will be right in front of you. Suite 428. A sign will read Andersen
McClelland & Assocs:. Walk in and take a seat in the lobby area.
Coming from the north, take Hwy. 100 south. Immediately after I-394, take the Cedar Lake Road exit.
After it curves around turn into the 1st driveway on your right which is the Parkdale Plaza parking area.
Enter the west entrance which is at the top of the parking area. Enter the building and off to your right will

By bus from Minneapolis, take a #9 B, C, N, P, or R bus. Get off on Park Place Blvd. just after the
intersection with Gamble Dr., at the Office Max. Cross Park Place Blvd., pass the bus shelter on the other
side, and follow the walkway heading east down to the third building on your right. That building is
Parkdale Plaza building. Enter the North entrance and go to the West elevators.Go to the 4th floor. As
